Harbor & Helm Farmers District Office is seeking a high-energy Sales Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with a steady stream of provided leads to close insurance policies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Convert provided leads into closed policies with speed and consistency
  • Thrive in a high-volume sales environment with strong activity discipline
  • Bring a leadership mindset to every interaction, with clients and teammates alike
  • Take initiative, identify opportunities, and act with an entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation: $5,000/month

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Career minded vision.

Responsibilities

  • Convert provided leads into quoted and closed insurance policies
  • Maintain high daily activity volume across calls, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed individual production targets consistently
  • Track and manage personal pipeline with accuracy and urgency
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to share best practices
  • Represent the district with professionalism in every client interaction
  • Embrace coaching and accountability to continuously improve performance
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identifying opportunities within the lead pool
  • Support a culture of excellence, energy, and results within the team

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life/Health license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
  • Experience in a high-volume sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working within a structured, accountable sales culture
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow within the organization
  • Familiarity with lead management and pipeline tracking
