Entry Level Insurance Representative

However, there’s a barrier to entry: You need your Property & Casualty Insurance license and some time to prove that you can provide value to an insurance Agency.
That’s where we come in.
Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense:
- Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education
- Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing
- Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing
- Provide a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning.
- Launch you into your choice of multiple Career Opportunities available between Olympia and Seattle.
Salary Options: $20/hr plus commissions (W2) or Commission Only (1099)

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Career minded vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Attend training and continuing education courses.
