Job Overview
Harbor & Helm Farmers District Office is seeking a high-energy Sales Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with a steady stream of provided leads to close insurance policies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Convert provided leads into closed policies with speed and consistency
- Thrive in a high-volume sales environment with strong activity discipline
- Bring a leadership mindset to every interaction, with clients and teammates alike
- Take initiative, identify opportunities, and act with an entrepreneurial spirit
Compensation: $5,000/month

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Convert provided leads into quoted and closed insurance policies
- Maintain high daily activity volume across calls, quotes, and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed individual production targets consistently
- Track and manage personal pipeline with accuracy and urgency
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to share best practices
- Represent the district with professionalism in every client interaction
- Embrace coaching and accountability to continuously improve performance
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identifying opportunities within the lead pool
- Support a culture of excellence, energy, and results within the team
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life/Health license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working within a structured, accountable sales culture
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow within the organization
- Familiarity with lead management and pipeline tracking
